"The Unknown Request"

[21] So the Lord God caused the man to fall into a deep sleep; and while he was sleeping, he took one of the man’s ribs and then closed up the place with flesh. [22] Then the Lord God made a woman from the rib he had taken out of the man, and he brought her to the man.

Genesis 2:21-22 NKJV

Imagine waking up to the very thing you needed, the thing you didn't know you needed, but you needed it and there it was. God somehow had managed to miraculously provide you with what you needed.

That's what happened to Adam. He didn't ask for Eve, he didn't even know to ask for Eve....But God knew what he needed. And so, God brought Eve to Adam without being asked.

Beloved, 

You don't have to ask God for EVERYTHING. Like Adam, You don't even know what everything would be or look like, if you had to ask. So, don't. 

The bible talks about us not knowing in Romans 8:

 If we don’t know how or what to pray, it doesn’t matter. He does our praying in and for us, making prayer out of our wordless sighs, our aching groans. He knows us far better than we know ourselves....

Romans 8:26-28 MSG

Adam was so content naming the animals, making sure the animals had what they needed, to the point that (like some of you)....

Adam had no idea, he was neglecting what he needed for himself.

But God....

God in this season is answering the unknown request- that thing you need, but (perhaps) you don't even know to ask for.

The bible says,

It's going to happen BEFORE you call-before you open your mouth and say something....This is that day!!

Isaiah 65:24 KJV
