"Let Nothing Stop You!!"

[24] So Jesus went with him. A large crowd followed and pressed around him. [25] And a woman was there who had been subject to bleeding for twelve years. [26] She had suffered a great deal under the care of many doctors and had spent all she had, yet instead of getting better she grew worse. [27] When she heard about Jesus, she came up behind him in the crowd and touched his cloak, [28] because she thought, “If I just touch his clothes, I will be healed.”

Mark 5:24-28 NIV

The woman with the issue of blood didn't let the fact that people were talking about her, calling her "unclean, the fact that she had no money, but had a condition, a situation going on in her body. She didn't let it stop her.

She didn't let the fact that she wasn't supposed to be out in public, she didn’t let the fact that she was both physically and mentally exhausted stop her. She didn't let the fact that all she had left was a recurring thought in her head stop her.

A recurring thought that if she just could touch Jesus' clothes, EVERYTHING she had been forced to deal with the last 12 years would be healed.

Was it faith or just a crazy thought? All she knew for sure was that it was worth the risk.

Is what you need worth the risk? If so, like the woman with issue of blood let nothing stop you, NOT people, NOT finances, NOT your own physical body, NOT circumstances, etc....

Nothing!!

"Take The Test!!"

[37] Suddenly a storm struck the lake. Waves started splashing into the boat, and it was about to sink. [38] Jesus was in the back of the boat with his head on a pillow, and he was asleep. His disciples woke him and said, “Teacher, don't you care that we're about to drown?”

Mark 4:37-38 CEV

Many of you are like the disciples, After all the storms God has already brought you through. How can you look now and question His concern for your well- being based on ONE storm you don't understand?

Maybe, God is silent now because this storm is your test. The other storms, He knew you weren't ready for them...The other storms would have devoured what little faith you had. So, He stepped in quickly and commanded it to cease.

But not this time, He is testing you, testing the maturity of your faith, testing how well you know Him, testing you to see if you really trust Him.

So, Does He care? Of course, He does. Don't let one storm, how feel in the face of the storm cause you to panic and believe He does not care. NOTHING could be further from the truth.

"Used"

[12] As he was going into a village, ten men who had leprosy met him. They stood at a distance [13] and called out in a loud voice, “Jesus, Master, have pity on us!” [14] When he saw them, he said, “Go, show yourselves to the priests.” And as they went, they were cleansed. [15] One of them, when he saw he was healed, came back, praising God in a loud voice. [17] Jesus asked, “Were not all ten cleansed? Where are the other nine? 

Luke 17:12-15, 17 NIV

Jesus healed 10 lepers that called out to Him for help, but as soon as they got what they wanted from Him...ONLY one of the 10 was thankful.

Many of you are upset because you went out of your way to help someone and they never even thought to say, "Thank You."

They just took what you did for them for granted, they took YOU for granted and went on with their life like you never invested your time, your energy, and in some cases; your money into making sure they would be okay. YOU FEEL USED!!

Remember that feeling the next time your prayers get answered and you know you're not worthy of His grace, of His mercy, let alone His provision. 

Father God,

Thank you for healing us, cleansing us up out of some of the ugliest situations, ugliest conditions even though we're not worthy. IN JESUS NAME, Amen.

"BOTH"

[17] Jesus arrived in Bethany. There he learned that Lazarus had already been dead and in the tomb for four days. [18] Bethany was about two miles from Jerusalem. [19] Many Jews had come there to comfort Martha and Mary about their brother. [20] Martha heard that Jesus was coming, and she went out to meet him. But Mary stayed at home.

John 11:17-20 lCB

Many Jews had come to comfort Martha AND Mary....  Because they were BOTH hurting, they were BOTH grieving in their own way.

In the midst of losing their brother,  Martha had the strength to go out and meet with Jesus, while Mary just wanted to stay home.

Whose to say that either choice was wrong?

Martha met with Jesus, but Mary stayed home....

There will be times when you don't have the strength to meet with Jesus, when you don't have the strength to pray. Your spirit is willing, but your body (flesh) is weak.

Matt 26:41

That's why the bible tells us to PRAY FOR ONE ANOTHER....There will be times when you need somebody interceding for you, when you need somebody praying for you.

There will be times when you are so hurt, so grieved that the only way you will experience  some form of healing is through somebody else's prayer.

Confess and acknowledge how you have offended one another and then pray for one another to be instantly healed, for tremendous power is released through the passionate, heartfelt prayer of a godly believer!

James 5:16 TPT

God designed us to need EACH OTHER because at any given time, I could be Martha and you could be Mary or we BOTH could be going through something at the same time.

Therefore, Who are we to judge "the way" any of us are handling this life? Let's just confess, acknowledge how we have offended one another (COME CLEAN) and pray.

Let's just pray for each other.
