5/25/25 "Warning Sent "

"Warning Sent"
[19] While Pilate was sitting on the judge’s seat, his wife sent him this message: “Don’t have anything to do with that innocent man, for I have suffered a great deal today in a dream because of him.
Matthew 27:19 NIV

Pilate's wife had a dream and in the dream it was revealed to her that Jesus was innocent.

Her husband was involved in judging Jesus...So, God sent a dream to her as a warning.

In the dream, she saw herself suffering and so she sent a message to her husband saying, "Don't have anything thing to do with that innocent man."

Just as He did for Jesus...God knows how to get the attention of those judging you.

It's not that you're a bad person....YOU'RE INNOCENT and because you're innocent, the warning has been sent and they know, if they have anything to do with you, there will be consequences.

You see, Beloved, God is fighting for you. You don't have to defend yourself.
The Lord will fight for you, and you shall hold your peace and remain at rest.
 Exodus 14:14 AMPC

I Decree & Declare:
YOU SHALL HOLD YOUR PEACE. YOU SHALL REAMAIN AT REST....
But if they still insist on judging you in spite of your innocence...They will suffer.

There will be no peace & no rest for anybody who gets involved with judging those God has marked, "Innocent."

Pilate didn't listen to his wife and had to learn the hard way.

And so, Pilate's fate after presiding over Jesus' trial is somewhat uncertain, as historical accounts vary.

Here are some possibilities:
Removal from office: Pilate was reportedly dismissed as governor of Judea around 36 CE after complaints from the Samaritans about his harsh rule.

Ordered back to Rome: He was sent to Rome to stand trial for cruelty and oppression.

Possible suicide: According to the historian Eusebius, Pilate may have taken his own life on orders from Emperor Caligula.
His exact fate remains unclear. 😢 🤔

Warning Sent...

Until Next Sunday.

"Unresponsive"
Do not quench [subdue, or be unresponsive to the working and guidance of] the [Holy] Spirit.
1 Thessalonians 5:19 AMP

God let me notice this scripture in the Amplified Version of the bible about 2 weeks ago now, and it has really stayed with me, stayed in my spirit.

For me, It's the part about being #UNRESPONSIVE...
That's what really got me.

So much so, that I had to go in prayer and ask God to forgive me for all the times, I have been unresponsive to the leading and guiding of the Holy Spirit.

You see, As human beings, we are so quick to say that God's  not doing anything or say that our prayers are not being answered.

But what if...You were unresponsive the whole time?

You were unresponsive to the leading and guiding of the Holy Spirit.  Therefore, to the Holy Spirit you appeared DEAD and no longer in need of assistance.

#ThinkAboutThis: For 4 days, Lazarus appeared DEAD to all those who knew him, so they left him in the grave.
John 11

Simply put: If you don't respond to the Holy Spirit, He will leave you there in that situation unattended.

You see, As wise as the Holy Spirit is... He STILL requires that you respond to Him when He speaks.

In 1 Samuel 3,  Samuel was young and he didn't yet recognize the voice of God, but yet he responded EVERY time he was called. True, it was the wrong response, but yet he responded.

So, God (the Holy Spirit) kept calling him, and calling him, and calling him until Samuel (with Eli's help) finally was able to give the correct response.

Samuel said,
"Speak, Lord, for your servant is listening.”
1 Samuel 3:9 NIV

So, How can you honestly say, God is not doing anything or your prayers are not being answered?

When you havent responded with a "Yes, Lord, Speak Lord..."

It's all about acknowledging His voice and you haven't done that.

You haven't done anything to show Holy Spirit that you're listening and you're at least TRYING to be responsive, be obedient to His voice.

#Mothers, Let's do better!!

Even if, you're not sure, respond and watch what happens.

5/4/25 "A New Fighting Style"

"A New Fighting Style"

[10] Simon Peter, who had a sword, drew it and struck the high priest’s servant, cutting off his right ear. (The servant’s name was Malchus.) [11] Jesus commanded Peter, “Put your sword away! Shall I not drink the cup the Father has given me?”
John 18:10-11 NIV

Beloved,
You can't keep fighting the same way you used to. It's  time to put away your old weapons of war. (1 Corin 13:11) and mature in the way that you think and handle certain things.

God is calling you to put away your old weapons of war and pick up the sword of His Word.

You see, Peter was only able to physically cut one man's ear, but had things been handle differently....
[10] One of you routs a thousand, because the Lord your God fights for you, just as he promised.
Joshua 23:10 NIV

You can slay more devils in the spirit realm than you ever will in the physical.

So, Put away your sword, the sword that many of you are accustomed to and pick up His Word (the bible) cuts sharper than ANY two-edged sword according to Hebrews 4:12 NKJV

●His Word cuts....
That's one of the spiritual weapons you should be using. The other spiritual weapon being prayer.

The bible says in 2 Kings 6:17 (NIV) Elisha prayed that the eyes of his servant be opened, so he could see that there were more for them, than there were against them.

●Prayer reveals the truth of what's around you.

●Prayer reveals who is for you and who is against you.

●The bible says, Jesus rose early in the morning to pray.
[35] Very early in the morning, while it was still dark, Jesus got up, left the house and went off to a solitary place, where he prayed.
Mark 1:35 NIV

●The bible says, Jesus often withdrew to PLACES (plural) to pray which means He had more than one place where He would go and pray.
[16] But Jesus often withdrew to lonely places and prayed.
Luke 5:16 NIV

●The bible says, Jesus spent all night in prayer to the Father.
Luke 6:12 NIV

Jesus was able to identify Judas out of the 12 as being the one who would betray Him because the time He had spent in prayer.

●Again, Prayer reveals, shines a spot light on, It ELIMINATES (in your spirit) what you should know and His Word it cuts...

These are the weapons you should be using. Grow up, Pay attention, and put away your old weapons of war, that weapon of choice, and fight a new way, a better way, and see results you desire.

Until Next Sunday.
