"Ono"

[2] Sanballat and Geshem sent me this message: “Come, let us meet together in one of the villages on the plain of Ono.” But they were scheming to harm me; [3] so I sent messengers to them with this reply: “I am carrying on a great project and cannot go down. Why should the work stop while I leave it and go down to you?” [4] Four times they sent me the same message, and each time I gave them the same answer.

Nehemiah-6:2-4 NKJV

Don't be distracted by your enemies. If they were really interested in meeting with you, collaborating with you on some things, the offered would have been made long ago.

But now, if you give in and go...

The meeting will cause you more harm than good.

Beloved, There is nothing they have for you that God has not already provided.

Watching the wall go up and Nehemiah go up had to be killing his enemies. 

You see, your enemies are okay with you as long as you are on the same level as them, but as soon as God starts elevating you, promoting you in a way that is tangible for all to see....

Now, they have a problem with you. So, they want to attach themselves to you and hope that their little, negative, "sly" comments here and there will be enough to discourage you,  to hinder you, get you to second guessing yourself and what  God has called you to do.

Ono!! I don't care what or who it cost you...STAY in position, STAY where God has called you. Don't abandon your post!!

Like Nehemiah, refuse to let the work go undone, while you go down to them, socializing with people you know don't care about you or the God you serve.

They're just jealous and snakes that are jealous will bite, if given the opportunity. Be like the Apostle Paul and shake them off (Acts 28:5 NIV). ‭The harvest is plentiful but the workers are few...KEEP WORKING!! (Matt 9:37 NIV)

"To You"

[14] Then she turned around to leave, and there was Jesus standing in front of her, but she didn’t realize that it was him! [15] He said to her, “Dear woman, why are you crying? Who are you looking for?” Mary answered, thinking he was only the gardener, “Sir, if you have taken his body somewhere else, tell me, and I will go and . . .” [16] “Mary,” Jesus interrupted her. Turning to face him, she said, “Rabboni!” (Aramaic for “My teacher!”)

John 20:14-16 TPT

Beloved, 

It's not what it looks like. To Mary Magdalene, it looked like someone had taken Jesus' body...But Jesus was there the whole time; she just didn't know it.

SOMEBODY:

Right now, You're crying, upset over the way things look to you, over the way it seems to be, to you.

I urge you to look again, to calm down and stop over-thinking what you see and look again...Because God is there. 

He promised to never leave you nor forsake you. He promised that you would never be able to escape His presence, NOT even if you made your bed in hell.

Psalms 139:7-8 NKJV

Deut 31:8 NIV

Now, I'm sure what you're looking at looks like the worst thing that could ever happen, to you...But is it really HELL?

 If so, God is there.

Because to Him, It just looks like another opportunity to be close to you, to heal you, to restore you, especially after the devil thought he crushed you this last time.

Remember, The scripture says,

‭‭The Lord is close to the brokenhearted and saves those who are crushed in spirit.

Psalms 34:18 NIV

So, Dry your tears...It's not what it looks like. God still knows how to save you when EVERYTHING you see says that you are unsavable, when the circumstances look unsalvageable.

Beloved, How things look to you is not how God sees it all.

He's there, ready to shift the heaviness, shift the hurt of your emotions with just one call of your name.

Close your eyes...You've seen enough. Can you hear Him calling your name?

Prepare to shift!!

"Stop Worrying!!"

You’ve gone into my future to prepare the way, and in kindness you follow behind me to spare me from the harm of my past.  You have laid your hand on me!

Psalm139:5 TPT

●This scripture is a part of King David's poetic song (to the Lord).

●Let me break it down for you...I don't want you to miss or misunderstand what God is saying.

God is saying, Beloved...

Stop wasting time worrying. Time is precious and should not be spent worrying.

No need to worry about your future or anything that pertains to the future...I have already prepared the way, made a way.

He is a God that prepares. He never shows up anywhere to do anything unprepared.

But, on the contrary, as the Scripture says, What eye has not seen and ear has not heard and has not entered into the heart of man, [all that] God has prepared (made and keeps ready) for those who love Him.... 

1 Corinthians 2:9 AMPC

He follows behind you to spare you from the harm of your past - meaning your past will not re-occur, your past will not be repeated. 

The hurt, the harm you endured is finally past tense and God is there behind you to make sure of that.

The Lord will fight for you, and you shall hold your peace and remain at rest.

Exodus 14:14 AMPC

Last but not least, He has laid His hand on you.

God has anointed you for your present and your future. It's all going to work together for the good (for the best possible outcome). 

Romans 8:28 NLT

So, Stop worrying!!

5 Minutes of Focus 

"The Hem"

And a certain woman, which had an issue of blood twelve years, and had suffered many things of many physicians, and had spent all that she had, and was nothing bettered, but rather grew worse, when she had heard of Jesus, came in the press behind, and touched his garment.

Mark 5:25‭-‬27 KJV

She touched the hem of his garment...

But there are some of us in this season who feel like we're NOT just touching the hem of his garment with our faith, but we're HOLDING ON to the hem of His garment by faith...

Because in the hem of His garment is healing for our bodies, peace for our minds, and joy for the sorrowful tears we cry.

If it were NOT for the tight grip some of us have on the hem of His garment in this season, holding on with all the strength we have left....The enemy would have came in like a flood and overtaken our minds in the form of depression, in the form of a nervous breakdown...BUT GOD!!

When the enemy shall come in like a flood, the Spirit of the Lord will lift up a standard against him and put him to flight...

Isaiah 59:19 AMPC

You see, as we hold on to the hem of His garment by faith...

The bible says, He has us hemmed in behind and before meaning behind- He has our back and before-There is NOTHING ahead of us He hasn't already seen. He goes before us...He has His hand upon us.

Psalms 139:5 NIV

So, Continue to hold on, Beloved...The enemy tried it, but NO WEAPON (Isaiah 54:17 NKJV)...No weapon formed against us shall prosper.
