"DIVINELY PLACED "

[11] Teach me Your way, O Lord, And lead me in a smooth path, because of my enemies.

Psalms 27:11 NJKV

God is going to make your path smooth not because of anything you have done, but He's going to do it because of your enemies. God wants to show Himself strong to your enemies. So, You're about to become a testimony more than you already are.

So, Let Him teach you, let Him lead you...Even though, what you're going through right now is rough. It will be worth it to see what God does in the lives of others, because of your willingness to obey.

I'm sure, Joseph in Genesis 37 (NKJV): When He was in the pit didn't feel like where he was, had anything to do with what he had been dreaming, but it was ALL DIVINELY CONNECTED.

Joseph had been DIVINELY PLACED in that pit by his brothers own hands, positioned to get to Egypt unknowingly by his brothers own hands.

So, Let God teach you, let God lead you, move you divinely along. You won't stay in the pit forever, your dreams have not been for nothing or in vain, but the impact of it all will be greater than what you could've ever imagined.

Joseph knew he would one day be in a position of power.

He just didn't know how much power, or the number of people, besides his immediate family that would be impacted (Gen 37:18-20).

Why? Because what God has planned will always be greater than what our human eyes can see, or our human ears can hear (pick up on perceive) or mind conceive. 1 Corin 2:9 NIV

SO, HANG IN THERE!!

"Unstoppable"

[14] I praise you because I am fearfully and wonderfully made; your works are wonderful, I know that full well.

Psalms 139:14 NIV

God designed you to know within yourself that you are indeed fearfully & wonderfully made. You shouldn't need anybody other than the Holy Spirit reaffirming that.

The approval of people is good at times, but it shouldn't be something YOU NEED, something YOU ARE RELYING ON, because just when you need it most, their approval might not be there.

 

But Oh, when all the approval you need is coming from the inside of you, from the Holy Spirit who lives in you...People's approval or not, you have EVERYTHING you need. You are unstoppable.

Of course, the devil will accuse you of not being enough, not being good enough. After all, He is the accuser of the brethen -

Rev 12:10 (KJV), but that's when the Holy Spirit will step in and remind you, "You are fearfully and wonderfully made" and I

pray that your response will be NOT to people, but to the Holy Spirit inside you.

I pray your response will be,

"I know that full well....

Lord, I know that full well."

Never let the devil destroy the confidence God has given you.

"The Truth Hurts"

Then Peter remembered the word Jesus had spoken: “Before the rooster crows, you will disown me three times.” And he went outside and wept bitterly.

Matthew 26:75 NIV

It's one thing to hurt over a lie that was told on you....

But when you're hurting over THE TRUTH that was spoken to you, that's something totally different.

In the text, Peter got reminded of THE TRUTH, Jesus had spoken to him and it hurt.

The truth hurts, because the truth forces you to face reality.

And some of ya'll are so afraid of  facing reality, afraid of what you will discover within yourself, if you let yourself honestly see you.

Peter discovered that he wasn't as BOLD in his faith as he thought he was.

Peter discovered that he could easily be pressured into disowning Jesus, pressured into turning his back on Jesus and it hurt.

Beloved, What truth are you yet to face?

If I had to guess, I would say, you're not as strong as you think you are or you pretend to be.

You have a weakness, a thorn in your flesh that you're constantly fighting. (2 Corin 12:6-9) Because, if you don't....

You will discover how easy it is for you to lie, for you to cuss, for you to go back on Your Word and completely deny your faith in Jesus etc....

All the things Peter did. (See Matt 26) that makes him so relatable to those of us, who know we are not perfect, but in need of God's  New Mercies EVERYDAY.

Lam 3:22-23 KJV

You see, Beloved, Peter's reaction to being told THE TRUTH about him disowning Jesus should be a reminder to us all of just what it would be like, if God EVER decided to UNCOVER US and just let us fall, if he ever decided to stop being our support system in this crazy world in which we live.

Think About It and be grateful for the time He has given you to see yourself, correct yourself, better yourself.  To God be the glory!!! Amen 🙏

[38] When they arrived at the house of the ruler of the synagogue, He (JESUS) looked [carefully and with understanding] at [the] tumult and the people weeping and wailing loudly.

*Tumult -a scene of chaotic emotional disturbance.

Mark 5:38 AMPC

I LOVE this scripture so much because Jesus took the time to look carefully at the people, at what was going on. He looked carefully and with understanding.....BEFORE opening His mouth to speak on the situation.

How I wish people would follow Jesus example and CHOOSE to look with understanding or seek to get some understanding about what's going on with people BEFORE feeling qualified to speak on the situation.

And with all you have gotten, get understanding (discernment, comprehension, and interpretation).

Proverbs 4:7 AMPC

If people would just seek to get understanding, to get discernment, to get comprehension, to get an interpretation of what their seeing, BEFORE speaking; just imagine the hurt that could be avoided.

Jesus looked at the people, they were weeping and wailing loudly, and CHOSE NOT to just dismiss their pain like it wasn't happening, but when He did speak on it, after looking (assessing) the situation with understanding.....

He let them know that what they were in an uproar about, what they were weeping about was not a dead situation.

Mark 5:39 AMPC

It's not over yet. You had your moment....Now, Dry your tears.

"Honor Your Own Uniqueness"

Can somebody tell me...Why do we feel the urge to always check out the way another person is doing, what they do?

It's as if, checking out the way they do it is suppose to "somehow" help us in what we're doing.

But here's what I love about the #ApostlePaul....When #God saved him, and MADE HIM to be an Apostle...

In scripture the Apostle Paul says:

15 But when God, who set me apart from my mother’s womb and called me by his grace, was pleased

16 to reveal his Son in me so that I might preach him among the Gentiles, my immediate response was not to consult any human being.

17 I did not go up to Jerusalem to see those who were apostles before I was, but I went into Arabia. Later I returned to Damascus.

Galatians 1:15-17 NIV

His IMMEDIATE  response was not to consult any human being...He didn't go see those who were Apostles before him. That WHOLE Part!!!

Though they had been walking in their calling as an Apostle much longer than him....

👉 He didn't look to them for a pattern to do what he had been called to do.

👉 In other words, He didn't go check them out.

👉 Instead, He trusted the God that called  him and he began to travel, to move, to operate in what he had been called to.

👉 I hope that right there, frees somebody.

👉 Stop trying to pattern yourself after people, looking to see how they do, what they do.

Have you ever stop to think that what works for them, might not work for you?

Yes, It's okay to have #mentors and to learn from them, but EVEN THEN ...You can't do EVERYTHING they do.

God made YOU #unique in your existence for a reason. He doesn't need you to be EXACTLY like anyone else.

The way they lead, conduct business, do this & that is unique to who God made them to be.

For Example: I love Prophetess #JuanitaBynum and consider her a great mentor, among others...BUT I KNOW, I can't do what she does, the way she does it AND THAT'S OKAY.

Honor your own uniqueness.

Trust the God that #called you and get out there.

YOUR GIFT will make room for you.

Proverbs 18:16 NKJ

So, Take your eyes off them....

Comparing yourself is NOT wise.

"Let Nothing Stop You!!"

[24] So Jesus went with him. A large crowd followed and pressed around him. [25] And a woman was there who had been subject to bleeding for twelve years. [26] She had suffered a great deal under the care of many doctors and had spent all she had, yet instead of getting better she grew worse. [27] When she heard about Jesus, she came up behind him in the crowd and touched his cloak, [28] because she thought, “If I just touch his clothes, I will be healed.”

Mark 5:24-28 NIV

The woman with the issue of blood didn't let the fact that people were talking about her, calling her "unclean, the fact that she had no money, but had a condition, a situation going on in her body. She didn't let it stop her.

She didn't let the fact that she wasn't supposed to be out in public, she didn’t let the fact that she was both physically and mentally exhausted stop her. She didn't let the fact that all she had left was a recurring thought in her head stop her.

A recurring thought that if she just could touch Jesus' clothes, EVERYTHING she had been forced to deal with the last 12 years would be healed.

Was it faith or just a crazy thought? All she knew for sure was that it was worth the risk.

Is what you need worth the risk? If so, like the woman with issue of blood let nothing stop you, NOT people, NOT finances, NOT your own physical body, NOT circumstances, etc....

Nothing!!

"Take The Test!!"

[37] Suddenly a storm struck the lake. Waves started splashing into the boat, and it was about to sink. [38] Jesus was in the back of the boat with his head on a pillow, and he was asleep. His disciples woke him and said, “Teacher, don't you care that we're about to drown?”

Mark 4:37-38 CEV

Many of you are like the disciples, After all the storms God has already brought you through. How can you look now and question His concern for your well- being based on ONE storm you don't understand?

Maybe, God is silent now because this storm is your test. The other storms, He knew you weren't ready for them...The other storms would have devoured what little faith you had. So, He stepped in quickly and commanded it to cease.

But not this time, He is testing you, testing the maturity of your faith, testing how well you know Him, testing you to see if you really trust Him.

So, Does He care? Of course, He does. Don't let one storm, how feel in the face of the storm cause you to panic and believe He does not care. NOTHING could be further from the truth.
